- Acute traumatic injury care at Allegheny General Hospital's Level 1 Trauma Center - Our physicians cover orthopaedic trauma call at Allegheny General Hospital 24/7.
- Prompt evaluation and management of all work-related injuries - We understand the importance of timely scheduling and immediate coordination of care for work-related injuries. Minor non-acute injury evaluation is scheduled in 2 weeks or less and traumatic injuries are scheduled within 48 hours.
- Consultations with rehabilitation specialists - Physicians will meet with rehabilitation specialists in the office by appointment.
- Second opinions - Second surgical opinions and/or treatment recommendations are available.
- Record reviews - Physicians will perform medical case review for plaintiff or defense.
- Independent medical exams - Unbiased exam and narrative report is generated for plaintiff or defense.
- Expert testimony - Physicians are available for depositions and court appearances.
- Work-site visits - Physicians frequently visit work-sites upon employer's request.
- Annual workers' compensation conference - Conference is held at Allegheny General Hospital with the purpose of bringing the community managing work-related injuries together for a better understanding of the roles all parties play and to aid in the best medical management possible for the injured worker.
